Copeton Dam - Northern Foreshores

The Northern Foreshores

Watch the drone footage taken by my photographer friend Barry Mackenzie and experience for yourself the magic of this newly developed tourist park that is a big part of Hometown Inverell and attractive to locals and visitors to the area. Postproduction & Photography - Heinrich Haussler

Copeton Northern Foreshores redeveloped camping and tourist facility is located on the scenic foreshores of Copeton Dam. Only 17 kilometres from Inverell the site is nestled right amongst a Flora and Fauna reserve and has become a major tourist attraction for Inverell.

Copeton has gained a reputation as one of the best  recreation and fishing destinations, offering opportunities for water sports and catching the  huge Murray cod. 67 different species of birds call the dame home as very well documented by wildlife photographer Heinrich Haussler and it is a little paradise for the avid  birdwatchers that visit the area.
